Madison has reached the 29th floor of this 34-floor residential tower and is expected to top out in early November.
Owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the structure will include 258 rental apartments, 13 three-story townhouses, a 24,000-square-foot family history and community center, and retail shops. A tree-lined, privately-owned public street is also being installed to connect Vine and Wood streets. Madison provided 30,000 yards of concrete for the 500,000-square-foot structure.
The tower is located within the new Mormon Temple complex, which was completed August 2016.
