Madison has completed the structural work on the west building of this two-building, mixed-use project and is finishing up miscellaneous concrete work. As part of the project, two surface parking lots in Philadelphia’s City Center was transformed into residential towers housing approximately 340 luxury apartments and 17,000 square feet of retail space.
The project officially broke ground February 2016. Madison performed foundation excavation and provided a total of 13,000 cubic yards of concrete and 160,000 square feet of elevated structural slabs for the buildings’ foundations, walls, columns, shear walls and post-tensioned concrete slabs.
