The Isle Apartments: Madison completes cast-in-place concrete podium

Madison has completed the structural podium for The Isle Apartments and has turned the project over for the start of the wood-framed apartments. The planned 156-unit luxury riverfront apartment community is located on Venice Island in the historic Manayunk neighborhood, Philadephia. It will directly connect to the center of Main Street Manayunk via both pedestrian and vehicular bridges.
