Madison has been awarded work on The Isle Apartments, a planned 156-unit luxury riverfront apartment community located on 3.1 acres on Manayunk’s Venice Island.
The work will consist of pile caps, foundation walls, columns, filigree concrete slabs – 3,100 cubic yards, 45,000 square feet of filigree structural slabs.
The 215,000 square-foot, low-rise community, which is currently under construction, will directly connect to the center of Main Street Manayunk via both pedestrian and vehicular bridges.
The apartments will have views of the Schuylkill River and the Manayunk Tow Canal. It is also easily accessible to Manayunk’s lively retail and restaurant scene.
