Madison forges ahead on CHOP Schuylkill Ave project

With the tower foundations nearly complete on the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Schuylkill Avenue project, Madison’s focus is now turned to pouring the deck slabs. Also, footings, columns and beams are complete for the pedestrian bridge, which crosses over the CSX tracks and connects with the Schuylkill River Trail.

Madison has been contracted to provide the concrete for the podium level, parking, infrastructure, loading dock and first tower concrete core, totaling 625,000 feet of slab on metal deck and 30,000 yards of concrete.
