One Riverside Condos: Making strides on concrete core, structural deck work

Work on the One Riverside Condominiums project continues as the concrete core is poured up to level seven, and the structural decks have been poured up to level three. The $85 million, 22-story luxury condominium development is being built on the western side of 25th Street between Spruce and Locust streets in the Filter Square neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Madison’s operating engineer Joel Crooks was recently interviewed by Philadelphia magazine about his experience as a tower crane operator on the project. Click here to read the article, “Up, Up, in a Crane.”
