Madison was awarded work on pile caps, foundation walls, columns, filigree concrete slabs – 3,100 cubic yards, 45,000 square feet of filigree structural slabs – for the planned 156-unit luxury riverfront apartment community located on 3.1 acres on Manayunk’s Venice Island.
