Structure complete for 2116 Chestnut Street redevelopment

Set for completion in late spring, Madison Concrete has been involved in the redevelopment of the new structure at 2116 Chestnut St. The new mixed-use building will feature ground floor retail on Chestnut St., new space for the Hillman Medical Center, and a 34-story tower of 309 residential rentals. Madison is providing full cast-in-place concrete construction services from foundations through roof of this concrete frame structure, a culmination of several months of planning and consulting with general contractor, Hunter Roberts. Completion is expected second quarter of 2013.
