Madison Concrete Construction will be pouring the concrete foundation mat slabs, core walls, columns structural concrete and floor slabs for One Riverside Condominiums located at 25th and Locust in Philadelphia’s Fitler Square.
The building (video) is a 22-story glass skyscraper designed by architect Cecil Baker and developed by Carl Danoff. The luxury high-rise is in an urban environment but surrounded by a park setting. The building is in within walking distance of Rittenhouse Square, the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, 30th Street Station and Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Madison Concrete is also involved with projects at Drexel University and Children’s Hospital.
