The Eastern Tower Community Center at 10th and Vine streets in Philadelphia’s Chinatown area is a 23-story mixed-use residential, retail and community center project. It received a $3.7 million Economic Growth Initiative Grant from the State of Pennsylvania to support construction of the community center.
Madison Concrete Construction will be handling the foundation mat slabs, foundation walls, core walls, columns, structural concrete floor slabs for the community center.
