Madison Concrete recently began forming the first elevated deck on the east building as well as foundations for the west building of the Hanover North Broad project in Philadelphia’s City Center area. The mixed-use, two-building project launched in January.
Madison is providing 13,000 cubic yards of concrete and 160,000 square feet of elevated structural slabs for the buildings’ foundations, walls, columns, shear walls and post-tensioned concrete slabs. Madison also performed foundation excavation. When completed, the Hanover North Broad Street Apartments will offer retail space, parking for 380 vehicles and 340 residential units.
