205 Race Street foundations nearly complete

Foundations are nearing completion and the tower crane is being erected for Madison to continue onto the structural frame construction for this long-planned 17-story apartment building that very well may strengthen the link between Old City and the Delaware River waterfront. Madison Concrete Construction was selected to provide the foundations, slabs and filigree concrete frame construction, about 7,500 cubic yards of concrete and 175,000 square feet of structural slabs for the project.
