1601 Vine Street project moves forward

Work continues to progress on the structural concrete below street level for the 1601 Vine St. 375-foot apartment tower, which will contain roughly 260 apartments as well as retail and townhouses around the base. The project will include a public garden space and improve traffic flow on Wood Street. Madison’s scope includes approximately 30,000 yards of concrete for the 500,000-square-foot structure.
