Work begins on Hanover North Broad St. Apartments

Madison begins work on a new project, Hanover North Broad Street Apartments, in the month of January. The two large, mixed-use residential/commercial buildings will offer retail space in addition to a variety of apartments. Madison is performing foundations, shear walls and concrete structure for the post-tensioned parking garage and podium slab that supports the wood-framed apartment buildings above.
