Madison has been awarded the foundations, slabs and toppings for a one-level parking garage located at Three Crescent Drive on Philadelphia’s Navy Yard waterfront business campus. We will be working for general contractor Torcon, Inc. and owner Liberty Property Trust, a development partner of Navy Yard master developer PIDC. Foundations are expected to begin in December 2017.
