November saw Madison mobilize onsite, start layout and begin foundations for Chinatown’s new community center. The planned 195,000-square-foot, 20-floor mixed-use tower will provide residential, retail, recreational and community space to reconnect a Philadelphia neighborhood that has long been divided by an expressway.
Madison is providing the foundations and concrete superstructure for this project, as well as excavation and backfill.
