Madison has been awarded the concrete work for One Ardmore Place, a multiuse residential development in Ardmore, Pa. The pedestrian-oriented location will allow green-minded residents to minimize their environmental footprint by leaving their cars behind in the building’s secure garage and walking to any one of the area’s many restaurants and shops.
The 289,000-square-foot building will house 110 luxury loft apartments and 8,450 square feet of retail space. It will include private parking for residents and public parking for visitors and shoppers. Madison’s work includes the foundations and concrete superstructure for the four-level parking garage as well as the retail area.
