The FMC Tower project is now underway. Madison Concrete Construction is onsite and moving forward with work on the 861,000-square-foot building located at Cira Centre South in Philadelphia. Madison’s contract includes the foundations, concrete elevator core and slabs for the office tower portion of the project. At the top of the office tower, Madison will construct a 22-story cast-in-place concrete apartment building.
