3601 Market St. project topped off ahead of schedule

Madison Concrete Construction topped off the 29th floor of the 3601 Market St. project on which it had been working and beat its contract schedule by more than a month.

The 29th was slated for completion by Dec. 18 this year, but it was finished on Nov. 13.

Madison achieved a three-day cycle on the typical floors. 3601 Market St., a 28-story Class AA mixed-use building located on the 17-acre University City Science Center campus, is known as the nation’s oldest and largest urban research park. For more about this project, click here.
