Foundation walls completed at One Riverside Condos

Madison has completed all foundation walls as well as the level-one plaza (with the exception of some low landscape walls) for this high-rise luxury condominium development in the Filter Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. With the building core poured up to level 20 and slabs poured up to level 17 of the 22-story project, we anticipate “topping off” (reaching the topmost point of the structure) by the first week of June.
