Madison Concrete is nearing completion of the complex 28th-floor transfer level of the FMC Tower. Once this is finished, Madison will begin the second phase of work, a 20-story poured-in-place apartment building on top of the structural steel office portion of the tower.
The 861,000-square-foot building is located at Cira Centre South in Philadelphia. Madison’s contract includes the foundations, concrete elevator core and slabs for the office tower portion of the project.
