We have completed the main portion of our work on this project, which is now known as “The Bridge.” Features of this long-planned concrete-framed apartment building will include dramatic angles, expansive terraces, and corner windows with exceptional views. Amenities include a large outdoor landscaped terrace, co-working lounge, and fitness center.
The below picture shows the mixed-use tower while under construction. The building’s two-bedroom residences are scheduled to be ready for occupants spring 2017.
The 205 Race St. building is now known as The Bridge.
