Madison is working with C. Abbonizio Contractors to rehabilitate the abutments and reconstruct the bridge decks for three structurally deficient, prestressed adjacent box-beam bridges along John F. Kennedy Boulevard that cross 21st, 22nd and 23rd streets in Philadelphia. The deteriorated bridge decks have been in place since the late 1950s. Phase 1 will be performed in 2017, with Phase 2 starting in early 2018.
