Work Continues on Three Crescent Drive Garage

Foundation work, which began in Dec. 2017, is complete and ready for the precast one-level garage located at Three Crescent Drive on Philadelphia’s Navy Yard waterfront business campus. Once completed, Madison will return to pour out the slabs and toppings. We are working for general contractor Torcon, Inc. and owner Liberty Property Trust, a development partner of Navy Yard master developer PIDC.
