Phase Two Begins on JFK Boulevard Bridges

Madison is back on site to begin Phase 2 of the project on the bridges along the John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Philadelphia. The prestressed, adjacent box-beam bridges span over 21st, 22nd and 23rd streets and the deteriorated bridge decks have been in place since the late 1950s. Construction is being performed on the bridges one-half at a time.
