Massive Pour Complete for FMC Tower

Madison Concrete Construction poured the mat foundation for the core of the FMC Tower project overnight in December. The 1,550 cubic yard pour lasted approximately seven hours using two concrete pumps. The 861,000-square-foot building is located at Cira Centre South in Philadelphia. Madison’s contract includes the foundations, concrete elevator core and slabs for the office tower portion of the project. At the top of the office tower, Madison will construct a 22-story cast-in-place concrete apartment building. See our Facebook page for images of this exciting project.
