Madison mobilizes on Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Schuylkill Ave.

Madison is mobilizing on site this month to begin foundation work at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Schuylkill Tower project. The first phase of the project involves erecting a 22-story office tower at the base of Bainbridge Street, along with a parking garage, multiple public open spaces and a surface parking lot. Madison Concrete has been contracted to provide the concrete for the podium level, parking, infrastructure, loading dock and first tower concrete core, totaling 625,000 feet of slab on metal deck and 30,000 yards of concrete.
