Final phase begins on JFK Boulevard Bridges

Madison is entering our final phase of work on the bridges along the John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Philadelphia with overnight bridge deck pours and construction of the pedestrian ramp. The prestressed, adjacent box-beam bridges span over 21st, 22nd and 23rd streets and the deteriorated bridge decks have been in place since the late 1950s. Construction has been performed on the bridges one-half at a time.
