Madison is nearing the completion of the 28-story concrete core for the structural steel portion of the building. The final pour and demobilization of the core formwork is slated to be finished in early August.
Madison continues to pour slabs on metal deck as they become available. After the slab and structural work is completed at the 28th floor, Madison will increase its crews again to tackle the 18-story cast-in-place apartment structure that sits atop the FMC Tower.
