Focus on deep foundation work for 1601 Vine St

After successful completion of the Meetinghouse foundations, Madison has now switched focus to the deep foundation work for the 1601 Vine St. apartment tower. The Meetinghouse foundations had to be constructed first in order to allow for completion of the Meetinghouse to coincide with the grand opening of the new Latter-day Saints Temple in July 2016. Madison’s scope includes approximately 30,000 yards of concrete for the 500,000-square-foot structure
