While Madison Concrete is finishing the site sidewalks, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) employees are slowly moving into the new 22-story office tower, which houses clinical research areas in addition to office space.
Located on the east bank of the Schuykill River, the project is part of an extensive expansion initiative by CHOP that includes construction of multiple new facilities. It is also the latest of several CHOP projects that involve the Madison team. A grand opening ceremony is planned for May 2017.
