Madison is pleased to announce a milestone for this project! We will “top off” this week – finishing the last of the major work for the concrete structure of this 195,000-square-foot, 20-floor mixed-use tower that will provide residential, retail, recreational and community space. Madison is providing the foundations and concrete superstructure for Chinatown’s new community center.
