Work on 3601 Market Street Project Progresses

Known as the nation’s oldest and largest urban research park, 3601 Market Street is a 28-story Class AA mixed-use building located on the 17-acre University City Science Center campus. The development features 364 luxury apartments and 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space located on the ground level. Madison is providing the foundations and concrete-frame superstructure, and is currently working on the elevated decks. A unique amenity on this project is the 1.5-mile close proximity to Center City Philadelphia and the direct access to Market Street. The new building will open in 2015 and will represent the first residential structure at the research park. Project photos and more details can be found here.
