Burlington Coat Factory Corporate Headquarters Project Progress

Madison has substantially completed foundation work on the new Burlington Coat Factory Corporate Headquarters facility in Burlington, N.J.  Barr & Barr, Inc. of New York, NY is the general contractor.  The new multi-story building is being built on 50 acres of undeveloped land and will house more than 800 employees when complete. Madison’s contract includes the footings/foundation system, along with approximately 200,000 square feet of flatwork.  The project consists of almost 5,000 cubic yards of concrete. Work will begin on the upper levels once the steel erection is finished. The new headquarters is scheduled to be completed in July 2014.
