Madison Concrete is finishing up foundations and moving onto the structural decks for the four-level parking garage portion of this multiuse residential development, located in Ardmore, Pa. When completed, the building will house 110 luxury apartments, 8,450 square feet of retail space and parking for both residents and the general public.
