Foundation work continues at Temple University Library

Madison Concrete continues to make progress on foundation work at Temple University’s new library, which takes up roughly one city block at the university’s main campus in Philadelphia. The four-story, 225,000-square-foot building will include 24/7 study space, storage and display of the university’s special collections, individual and group study spaces, offices for library administration, learning and writing centers, an outdoor balcony and a food-service area.

This is the lead project in the university’s “Visualize Temple” initiative to construct exciting new academic spaces, athletic facilities, renovations and upgrades that will effectively change Temple from a commuter-based campus to a more residential campus.
