Madison recently began work on the foundations at the One Ardmore Place project, a multiuse residential development set to bring in new residents and businesses to revitalize the historic community of Ardmore, Pa. The 289,000-square-foot building will house 110 luxury loft apartments and 8,450 square feet of retail space. It will include a parking garage for both public and private use.
Madison’s work includes the foundations and concrete superstructure for the four-level parking garage as well as the retail area.
