Foundations and concrete core work for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Schuylkill Avenue Project is progressing as Madison works toward completing the tower foundations so that structural steel erection can begin.

The first phase of the massive project involves the erection of a 22-story office tower at the base of Bainbridge Street, along with a parking garage, multiple public open spaces and a surface parking lot.

Madison Concrete has been contracted to provide the concrete for the podium level, parking, infrastructure, loading dock and first tower concrete core, totaling 625,000 feet of slab on metal deck and 30,000 yards of concrete.
