Honors College at Rutgers University Project Underway

As part of the New Brunswick, N.J. College Avenue Redevelopment Initiative, the Honors College at Rutgers University will provide up to 500 honors students with a specialized, collegiate residential experience. Madison Concrete was awarded this project, which is expected to be completed by fall 2015. The general contractor is Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. and the engineer is Thornton Tomasetti. Madison is providing foundations and slabs for this structural steel building. A total of 3,700 cubic yards of concrete and more than 160,000 square feet of flatwork will be provided by Madison. Foundation work began in March 2014.
